Their responsive, my lawn looks really good. Trugreen/ Chelmsford comes out when I calI them for an extra visit when needed. This year I was getting crab grass and they treated it within a few days and after the treatment it lwas gone ( no charge). I'm in the middle of tree/ shrub care so well see how that looks come next year. Overall Im happy with the service

The applicators are fantastic, they come out and do a great job. They leave a nice detailed printout of what they did, what product they used as well as recommendations.

I bought my home six years ago and the grass was terrible in the front. We did major remodeling and the grass in the back was ruined. Tru Green has both front and back lawns looking awesome. My shrubs look great too. I get a lot of compliments on the look of my home and I do enjoy driving up to my house and seeing the grass and shrubbery looking great. They do an awesome job. I am never home to see the workers but one day I was home and the tech was very polite.

TruGreen reps have been very informative to any questions on maintaining integrity of my blue grass sod lawn. . My backyard a conventional fescue lawn has also been weed free despite all the different invasive species attempts to take over.. Get compliments all the from neighbors on appreance of my lawn. Several have signed on with TruGreen.

I was a LawnDawg customer for the last four years and recently became a TruGreen customer. My first appointment with TruGreen, I actually arrived at home just as the employee arrived. We walked the property together and he shared his thoughts on the treatment plan for the last 3 treatments of the 2017 season. I have to say, my lawn is nice and green and it is late November!

I recently changed from Law Dawg to TruGreen and the service that I had come to know with Lawn Dawg has remained the same. My lawn was with the winterizer right before a week rain, and I can say that my lawn is nice and green which is a great way to end the season. This definitely should help my lawn remain healthy over the winter months.

I am a long time TRUGREEN customer, who is very particular on how my property is maintained. I handle all my own landscaping (lawn & shrubs and watering)), as it relates to mowing and trimming, but utilize TRUGREEN to maintain the health and vigor of my lawn and shrubs. I highly recommend TRUGREEN!
